There are two ways you can use our service and send your Fitbit off for repairs: Fill our or repair form or Get a quote beforehand.

By filling out our a repair form you can provide us with all the information to repair, contact for payment and return your headphones, in one easy step.

Get a quote
By using our get a quote form and providing us with the information regarding your broken Fitbit, we can provide you with a quote beforehand. We will then provide you with a reference number and the relevant information for you to send off your Fitbit with.

Receive our inspection email & online invoice

Receive your repaired Fitbit via Tracked & Insured delivery
Once we've received your Fitbit we will carry out an inspection on the same day. We'll send you a confirmation of the issue(s) and you'll receive an online invoice. Once you've paid we'll get on with the repair and you can expect your Fitbit back roughly in roughly a week.
You can select our Fast Track option for a 2-3 working days return β our fast track service costs an additional Β£10.
