Receive your repaired Fitbit via Tracked & Insured delivery
Once we've received your Fitbit we will carry out an inspection on the same day. We'll send you a confirmation of the issue(s) and you'll receive an online invoice. Once you've paid we'll get on with the repair and you can expect your Fitbit back roughly in roughly a week.
You can select our Fast Track option for a 2-3 working days return – our fast track service costs an additional £10.
Inspection of your Fitbit will be carried out on first working day they arrive with us
They will be repaired and posted back to your door from within 2 working days from payment
