Fill in repair form 

We specialise solely in Fitbit Smartwatches and Trackers. The models listed in our repairs pages are all that we wish to offer – not all repairs are always available due to the availability of creditable and good quality parts. Please check the page of your model Fitbit or contact us to see whether we are currently undergoing your desired repair.

Smaller cosmetic repairs start from £15 but functional repairs range from £40 onwards depending on the issue and model.

If that doesn't help, you can send us the details of your fault. Before undergoing any repair, we will be in contact and receive your permission to go ahead.

Get a quote 

Once we've receive your Fitbit along with the repair form or unique reference number, you will be sent over an inspection email to the address you've provided us with, along with an online payment link. This payment link is hosted by the globally recognised secure third party of Stripe. All you need is a credit or debit card.

Before going through with any repair from ourselves, you should contact your Fitbit supplier about your warranty. For work not covered by warranty such as damage from dropping them or if you're no longer within your warranty period, we're here to provide you with the best solution.

Your Fitbit will have been given a new lease of life! The aim of each repair is to restore your Fitbit back to its original state and the parts used in replacement repairs will be in perfect condition. The reality of repairs means there is the possibility of some marks due to the process of dismantling and assembling but these are rare and faint.

While no device is truly waterproof (only water resistant), once your device receives any sort of physical damage or need parts replacing, the original water seal is compromised. Although we do our best to create a new water barrier when we reseal the device, we recommend keeping your device away from water as much as possible.

Repair turnaround will depend on the severity of the repair and how many customers are already in the queue. The standard length of repairs can be expected to be roughly about a week after payment has been made. Fast track repairs will jump to the front of the queue and can expected to be returned in 2-3 working days from payment.
