1. We will send you a postage label promptly while within working hours. 

2. We will notify you to confirm we have received your device

3. We will notify you once repaired & dispatched

4. Royal Mail will provide you with a delivery time slot

You can select our Fast Track option for a repair within 1 working day (we still need to let the adhesive set overnight)
