1.
In order to remove the screen you will need to apply someheat which can be done with a heat gun or even a hair dryer. Due to where the ribbon from the screen is attached to the board, you will focus on prying under the top, the left side with the button and then the bottom side of the device.

After applying some heat to one side of the device, you can pry under the screen before applying heat to the next side and so on until you have three sides of you screen loose.

Once three sides of the screen are loose, you can pull your screen away from the device towards the side that is still attached before prying off the final side with the ribbon in sight.

You will then remove the metal shield which you'll find just under the screen by removing it's three screws.

Simply pry away the ribbon that connects the screen from the main board of your Fitbit.

Remove the glue from the screen that remains on the housing so that when it comes to glueing your new screen down, you can create a full seal.
7.
Attach your replacement Fitbit Versa 2 screen by pressing down it's ribbon into place.
8.
Re-inset the metal shield and secure it with it's three screws.
9.
Next you'll apply glue to the flat surface of the housing where your screen will sit.
10.
Wipe away any glue that's escaped from your device.
11.
And finally, to secure you screen to your device, you can wrap your device with elastic bands or clap with a vice and then leave it set for the next 24 hours.
