What condition is my Fitbit in?

Our refurbished Charge 5’s are in overall very presentable condition but may feature some scratches or blemished to the housing. These are graded ‘Very Good’ which is just below our top tier ‘Excellent”. For your reassurance we accept returns within 14 days so if you’re not happy with the condition upon it’s arrival, you can receive the full refund. Our Grade B refurbished are sold through our eBay store.

Are refurbished Fitbits waterproof?

While no device is truly waterproof (only water resistant), once your device receives any sort of physical damage or need parts replacing, the original water seal is compromised. Although we do our best to create a new water barrier when we reseal the device, we recommend keeping your device away from water as much as possible. If you plan to track your swims with your Fitbit then buying a refurbished device is not for you, all other forms of tracking is as good as new.

Product Warranty

Our warranty ensures that our devices shall be free from functional defects under normal use for a period of 180 days (90 days longer than refurbished devices direct from Fitbit). This does not cover water damage or physical damage that has been caused by consumer negligence.
